01 — Introduction

More Than Just Building Houses

Construction taught me far more than how to build a house.

It taught me how to lead people, make difficult decisions, manage financial pressure and keep moving when everything seemed to be falling apart.

After building, growing and selling The Pod Canberra, I wanted to share what those years taught me, particularly with women finding their way through an industry that hasn’t always made room for them.
